6. After the semen analysis, researchers found that the group of men that were involved in high-intensity workouts had a sperm count that was significantly less than that of the other group.
7. Although not all men in that group had a reduced sperm count, more than 45% of the participants noticed the change.

8. Researchers have opined that the reason for the drop in sperm count of high-intensity workouts could be due to extreme loss of nutrients and weight.
