material -

Raw banana - 5 (400 g)
Tomatoes - 2 (200 gms)
Green chili - 2
Peanut grains - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1-inch punch
Gram flour - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Green Coriander - 2-3 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - 3/4 Tablespoons
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon paste
Green Chilli - 2 (Finely Chopped)
Kasuri Fenugreek - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1.25 teaspoon or as per taste

Method -

Banana Flower Recipe

Wash the bananas thoroughly and dry them. Cut off the banana stalk and cut the banana into thicker pieces.

Put the cooked banana pieces in the cooker to boil them. Put 1 cup of water as well. Keep the cooker on the gas, let the banana boil by closing the cooker lid. Slow down the gas in the cooker 1 whistle and let the banana boil for 2 minutes on a low flame.

After 2 minutes, turn off the gas and open the cooker at the end of the cooker. Put the pieces of banana in a sieve and separate all the water. Let the bananas cool slightly, then peel them and keep them in a plate. Mash all crushed banana pieces thoroughly. Now in these mashed bananas, gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, finely chopped green chili, garam masala less than 1/4 teaspoon and finely chopped green coriander Mix all things well. The tincture is ready for making koftas.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. To make koftas from the prepared tincture, make the oil-smooth by adding some oil to it and take a little tincture, make the round with the help of the palm, place the prepared balls in the plate, thus prepare the balls with the rest of the mixing.

Put the spheres in hot oil and check whether the kofta is sewing or whether the oil is properly heated. If the sphere is good enough. Then put the Kofta shells in hot oil for frying. To fry the koftas requires good hot oil and also the fire should be sharp. Turn off the koftas until they get golden brown. Take out the frozen Kofta and keep it in the plate when Kofta is a good golden brown. It takes about 8 minutes to fry the koftas. Kofta is ready to make vegetables.

Prepare the paste by adding tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and peanuts in a mixer jar. Pour 2 tablespoon oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasoori fenugreek and fry a few spices.

Now add tomatoes, ginger, green chili and peanut paste in it and add red chili powder, roast the spices until the oil starts to float over the spices. When the oil separates from the spices, add 1.5 cups of water, salt, garam masala powder, and a little green coriander and mix it.

When the gravy comes to boil, add banana koftas to it. Cover the gravy and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. After 2 minutes, the vegetable is ready, turn off the gas and put the vegetable in the bowl. Garnish the vegetables with green beans. Parade and eat with raw banana kofta curry with anyone, paratha, chapati, naan or rice.
